Without feedback from precise measurement, invention is doomed to be rare and erratic. William Rosen

Simplify, simplify...

To express the simplicity of Patient Access, we turned to poetry. The "haiku" form seems perfect, traditionally three lines of five, seven and five syllables.  That should be enough.  Add yours here.

Patient calls practice
Doctor telephones patient
Problem addressed now.

Work left us broken.
A simple transformation
Brings new lease of life.

Doctors call patients
Commissioners save money
Patient Access works.

A haiku often refers to nature.
